Wonderful – just what we needed! Is it?

Yes, its just what we needed – another Election and this time its a big one. THE General Election!

How does this effect clients considering buying a property in Spain, buying a property in say the Costa Blanca or specifically buying an apartment by the Sea????

Well, it has no immediate effect at all, other than slowing down the process. In my experience and that’s over 30 years as a property agent for Spain, anything out of the ordinary “slows down the process”. Its a big step after all. Committing many thousands of hard earned pounds to a new holiday home by the Sea in Spain is a major decision and not one to be taken lightly – so along come old Theresa M and, entirely for her own gain (I think) calls a General Election and slows everything down. Everyone who is taking a big decision has to wonder – how does this effect me now? Should I carry on regardless? Should I wait and see?

My advice, and yes, I suppose, its not entirely selfless, is – get on with it!

The property in Spain is there waiting for you to occupy. Occupy with your loved ones to enjoy. To enjoy the sunshine and the warmth. To enjoy the beaches and the golf courses of Spain, be it on the Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol or the wonderful less busy Costa Almeria. To enjoy the food, the relaxation of Spain – don’t eat at 6.30, go out with the locals (just occasionally) and eat at 10.00 (pm) its great. Walk back to your wonderful new home in the early hours and sleep well. Don’t get up too early, let the sun rise and heat build for another wonderful day in your Spanish Home.

General Election or no General Election – it makes no difference let’s get on with life that’s what we do here at Dicasa. So much to offer, so much available. One bed apartments from around €60k to four bed villas from around €375 k Enjoy! www.tmuk.info
